Great little historical home in the heart of Newburyport!!! Loved the deck with water views for sipping morning coffee and evening wine. Short walk to town for shopping and dinning. The historical character and charm of the house were an added bonus. Loved reading the history on the home. Would stay here anytime!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property in Newburyport, and it was absolutely perfect in every way! The view was breathtaking—each morning, I was greeted by stunning sunrises over the water, and the location couldn’t have been better. Situated right in the heart of Newburyport, everything was just a short stroll away—charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and the beautiful waterfront.
The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Newburyport, this is it! Highly recommended!

Overall ok; very rustic which was not indicated in the website photos. We arrived during a hot spell and the room AC were loud and generally not very efficient making for some stuffy nights. One of the bed mattresses were not up to standard. Overall, ok. The venue is truly worthwhile, the town is charming and the week was worth repeating
