Nice and friendly host. Apartment, outside areas and pool area was cleaned every day.

The sun beds need to be changed. Air conditioning at least in the bedrooms. And maybe a broom and dustpan and some more light in the kitchen.

Flat was spacious

Owners dog started barking at 5.30am every morning. Search light that lit property shone directly in to bedroom and it’s automatic turn off didn’t happen until 11.45pm. Pool water was thigh depth, colour of water was ‘interesting’ and tide line around pool was off-putting.

We had a splendid time and Gabriele is genuinely nicest and helpful person one could meet

located at outskirts of small village, easy to find and ample space for parking. got all that any person could expect from farm type of location - away from all the noise and can soak in relaxation. nice clean swimming pool with private access. all of this makes you want to stay longer and watch for grapes to grow. in terms of cooking or food preparation (reheating), the microwave option in this otherwise fairly well-equipped kitchen would only be a plus.

Superb

Super appartment with everything you need to make your stay a success. The location is great, from the balcony you have a nice view on the vineyards, if you're lucky you'll even spot some roe deers. Village of Mornese is on walking distance, where there're some options for small groceries (backery, tabacheri). With a car you're close to the national park 'Parco Naturale delle Capanne di Marcarolo', city of Ovada (with bigger supermarkts) and the tollway to Genoa, Alba, Asti etc. Host is very friendly and will help you out if you've got any questions.

Hidden gem on border of Liguria and Piedmonte

Location was perfect, so were the facilities. Very comfortable accommodation, starting from comfortable beds, large easy to use bathroom to the excellent kitchen. Close by village (15 min walk) has all you need. Great restaurant & bar (Jolly), bakery and the butcher. It's easy to go the seaside in Liguria (Genova surroundings) or enjoy Piedmont wine areas. Pool area is great for the afternoon chill! . The owner couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. He also has a great wines! Do u have to mention that one of the best designer outlets is 30 minutes away?!

Perfect stay for a family vacation

The host Gabriele was fantastic and very helpful.with all our questions. The accomodation was very clean and well equipped (large rooms with (baby) beds, kitchen, washing machine...) The pool area is very nice, with parasols, chairs and a comfortable pool to relax and play with the children. We had a great stay, visiting Genua and southern Piemonte.

To quote my daughter: “Gabriele & Chloe 10/10, of course the pool also.” Location is absolutely perfect, if you planning to visit Genova or Milano. In Mornese you can find typical Italian cuisine: Jolly Bar, Mani Man

Tranquillità, svago e buon vino

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni presso la cascina del Sig. Gabriele, host gentilissimo che ci ha aspettato all'arrivo per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha dato molte indicazioni utili sui d'intorni. Ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di buonissimo vino delle sue cantine. L'alloggio è molto spazioso (noi eravamo in 5) e comodo, con un bel terrazzino ombreggiato. Sono presenti tutte le comodità per la preparazione dei pasti in cucina, tv sat e WI-FI. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la piscina, quasi ad uso esclusivo, considerando che ci sono in tutto due alloggi, quindi al massimo da condividere con un'altra famiglia. La sera si può godere di un panorama stellato magnifico! Nei d'intorni la zona è ricca di vigneti e boschi, molti paesini tipici del Monferrato con castelli, borghi medievali e cantine ( con possibilità di degustazioni). Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare in questo agriturismo, per godere tranquillità e pace.

L'unica pecca, se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, riguarda la doccia che ci è risultata un pò scomoda (chiusura da sistemare e doccino con poca pressione), aggiungerei anche qualche prodotto di servizio (kit bagno doccia) x tamponare fino al rifornimento al supermercato. Ma nulla di irrimediabile.

Een mooie locatie om zeker nog eens terug te komen!

Hele mooi, schoon en gezellig appartement met uitzicht over de wijnvelden en zwembad. Grote keuken en wasmachine aanwezig. Hele aardige en behulpzame gastheer die uit zichzelf informatie stuurde over uitjes en lokale festiviteiten in de buurt. Op loopafstand van het dorpje waar een (heel) klein bakkertje en een leuk restaurantje zit. We hebben een wijnproeverij gedaan, deze was erg goed verzorgd met verschillende zelfgemaakte wijnen en lekkere hapjes. Ook voor de kinderen werd goed gezorgd.

Consigliatissimo, noi stessi vorremmo tornarci per un soggiorno piu’ lungo per scappare da Milano d’estate.

La struttura e’ immersa nel verde, c’é una grande tranquillità. La piscina comodissima e gli spazi dell’appartamento e della terrazza. La gentilezza di Gabriele.

Mooi tot woning , appartementen gerenoveerde schuur uit begin 1900. Omgeving is lekker rustig.

Host Gabriele is supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Aanrader is wijnproeferij. Deze verzorgt Gabriele met zijn dochter Letizia. Lekkere wijnen en met erg lekkere hapjes. Alles is aanwezig van wasmachine tot airco. Je kijkt vanaf je balkon op de wijngaard van Gabriele.
