Great place for couples and for those with kids! Quiet but close to attractions!

The place was okay. Do not plan to stay here again. Figure we can find better elsewhere.

Quiet and tranquil. The resort cat greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the property. He was a sweetheart. We checked in after hours so did not meet any staff.

Cabin needs some updating. But the jacuzzi tub was nice. Rate was pricey. Did not understand the 10:00 am check-out time. Had to haul out our own trash to the dumpster even though we were charged an automatic cleaning fee up front. Very long and extensive laundry list of rules which did not contribute to feeling welcomed.

The location is good. Very private.

Easy dirt was cleaned but a deeper clean is needed. Spider webs in window sills. Stove has burned on food and my stove at home us cleaner. Window overlooking stream was smeared and needed attention. Toilet flushes slowly and and handle sqeake

The yurt was perfect and the scenery and stream set the mood.

A stable and solid road to get to the yurts. If it would have rained hard I don't think we could have gotten out of the field in our van. And there was nowhere good to park the van on solid ground.

So cozy and cute - overall a great experience!

Very clean and cozy even in the middle of winter. The outdoor areas were so cute and I would love to come back when it is warm enough to actually enjoy sitting by a fire. We stayed in one of the yurts and it was very nice and had an hvac unit so it was quite comfortable.

The bathrooms for the yurts are in a separate bath house, and though you have your own private bathroom (big plus!) it is less ideal walking through the cold when you need it in the middle of the night.

I loved the cabin being next to the stream and the location to our destination, which was the Biltmore Estate.

The shower could've been a little bigger. No room to move around and the shower head was to short. Could've been higher up on the wall.

Calm, quiet, and nice besides the cleanliness inside the cabin.

Beautiful property and adorable cabins. Feels safe and secure, fireplace was amazing.

The cabin we stayed at was not cleaned well. There was lots of pet hair everywhere, even on the furniture. I suppose the previous guest let their pet on the bed despite it not being allowed. It got all over all of my clothes and left my feet feeling grimy after walking on the floor.

Good but bad after the fact because of false accusations and charges.

I loved the views and the layout of the property.

There was a mix up so when we got there we had to wait for the lady to come bring us our bag and keys. Then we get to our room and bathroom and neither of those had been cleaned. We only stayed one night and forgot to leave the bag at check out so they charged us for it. I asked if we could send it back and was told that was fine. I sent it back but noticed we had a $250 charge on our account and I asked what it was for via email only to be told we were charged for smoking in the yurt which we don’t smoke so I knew that was false. They also stated that we were so loud we ran some other guests off but the guests staying beside us were still up and outside when we went to sleep. So, we ended up spending $600 to stay there for one night. We wanted to go back but after those false claims and the $250 charge I doubt we will now.

What we got was not at all what we were shown in the booking site. What we got was not worth the cost we paid. We had 4 women and 3 girls and to change clothes there was not even a change room. Do they expect us to go 11 out every time a women or girl want to change there clothes. It was too rediculous. We didn’t even stay there. We just left.

Nothing was there to like. A small dome for 12 people for close to 300$ cost? Was it some kind of joke.
