Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Der Meerblick hat für vieles entschädigt.

Die Ausstattung ist heruntergewirtschaftet. Von defekten Staubsaugen, defekte Zargen und Bodenbeläge. Die Dusche läuft ständig über, weil der Abfluss nicht funktioniert. Es mangelt an Handtüchern im Bad und Küche. Verdünnte Seifen, fehlende Küchenaustattungen, defekte Küchenschränke werden dem Preis nicht gerecht. Wir empfehlen ein gründliches Refit der Wohnung.
