Der Blick ist einmalig. Ich habe noch nie so nah am Strand gewohnt. Modern eingerichtet. Es ist die Wohnung Nr. 22 im 4. Stock. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Auf meine Nachrichten bekam ich innerhalb einer Stunde die Antworten.
Die Küchenausstattung ist im Verhältnis zur Qualität der Wohnung nicht sonderlich gut. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine (billiges Modell, Kanne tropft), 2 Kochplatten und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach (Griff vom Gefrierfach ist defekt). Beim Warmwasserbereiter fällt die Verkleidung ab. Es gibt keinen Backofen oder Mikrowelle, Toaster und Geschirrspüler. Das Geschirr ist zum Teil angeschlagen. Bei den Balkonmöbel sind die Sitzflächen gerissen, so dass man sich kaum traut, diese zu nutzen. Ich habe um Austausch der Balkonmöbel und wenigstens um einen Toaster gebeten. Beides wurde in unserer Urlaubswoche nicht geliefert. Man hätte den Eigentümer nicht erreicht.
