Clean,quite and fully organized.
Only one AC working at living room,bedrooms had some useless pillows.Window shutters not very effective light comes in from a.m.

The living space looked recently renovated. Drinks in the fridge for guests. Plenty of electrical outlets.
Above the shower ceiling was very moldy. The hot water heater has a switch in the hallway that is broken and needs to be held down to heat the water. Looks like someone previously held it down with tape. No hot water first day until we figured out how to hold it in place. There was trash from a previous guests under the sink which smelled bad.
