Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gab 2 Badezimmer.
Die Betten waren nicht bezogen. Wir baten deshalb die Maklerin uns Wäsche zur Miete zu besorgen. Diese wies dann Mängel auf.
Das Haus liegt an einer zeitweise stark befahrenen Straße. Nachts hörte man außerdem bei geöffnetem Fenster die Bahn und die Autobahn.

Very nice house with a beautiful garden. La spiaggia libera is located 5 minutes drive away with a very convenient free car park. 10 minutes away from the Castagneto Carducci old town.

Garden is really big, great place for children and dogs. We find our beachhouse jn Tuscany and will definitely return 😊

The house is surrounded by a great garden, very well kept, and many olives trees, where it's possible to hear many nature sounds, like the wonderful hoopoes and cicadas during the day. The accommodation is perfect for a family or a couple that appreciates comfortable spaces and discretion. The garden has a big pavilion with tables and seats, other than a handy external shower and a nice barbecue area. The house has all kind of commodities, from kitchen tools to a big TV and many nice decorations. Two separated bathrooms are another great plus. Mosquito nets are essential to enjoy the nights, even if one of them needs a small reparation. The house is isolated from the village, so it's possible to sleep and rest without too many noises (occasional trains and cars), but at the same time you need a car for almost anything.
We liked everything, maybe if you can "improve" something, it's the mirror to help you to get out in the street with the car from the main entrance.
