About this house rental
1.2 acres of beautiful waterfront property. Pond is great for canoes, fishing, and swimming. Canoe provided for tenant use. Large waterfront area highlighted by private beach, dock, and flagpole. House is large, loaded with character, and sits right down on the water. House sits 200 feet from road in a private setting. There are three large bedrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second floor) and lots of skylights and windows throughout the house.
There are 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a full futon.

I have stayed at many places on Cape Cod and this was certainly the most beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend it to anybody, particularly families.

My husband, son and his family and our best friends stayed here for a week and it was the best!! Close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and downtown. We had everything we needed in this home and more! We went canoeing, fishing and just hanging out at the water with my grandson (2) . We did have a question and Lucas ( home owner) replied immediately to us. I could not have asked for a more relaxing location! We look forward to another week next year.

This is a lovely house, nice and spacious and being on the water of this pretty pond made our stay. We did lots of swimming and paddle boarding and a nice dock to sit on.
The home has a lot of charm and is comfortable. The photos represent it well. The location is great to Ridgevale Beach, Marions Pie shop, the walking path, etc. but the street itself is not the best for walking/jogging. Thanks to this nice host for a great stay!

You truly have the best spot on the pond. Regardless of what we did during the day, we were always so happy to come home to your place. We would sit on the patio, enjoying the changing colors on the water. Or paddle around in our kayaks. The cottage is the perfect level of comfort for a summer holiday. Not too fussy, but still including all the things that we “can’t do without” (like air conditioning!).
