About this apartment rental
Our owner managed condo is in the small Snodallion complex is a gorgeous fully renovated, street level, 2 bedroom/1 bath end unit, in the perfect location - close to lift AND close to main street. We use the condo ourselves and stay on top of the all little details that management companies overlook. We are on Peak 9 in the Columbine Neighborhood. Although it is a smaller 2 bedroom unit, it feels much larger due to the thoughtful and highly custom design. This property is perfect for the small family or group that wants 2 separate bedrooms and 2 regular comfortable beds (no sofa sleepers here).

Once you arrive at Snodallion and park in the heated garage, you won’t need to worry about driving anywhere, because you are so close to everything! Location was amazing right next to the lift and a short walk into the village. We had the unfortunate luck of really awful ski conditions, and the lift right next to the condo getting shut down one day after our arrival. But easy access into town helped us still enjoy the beauty and energy of Breckenridge. Condo is a little small for four people… At least when the kids are full grown teenagers. But it still was very nicely equipped, extremely clean, and comfortable. My hope is to return another season when the snow piles!!

We could not have asked to stay in a better place in Breck. Easy walk to the ski lift and downtown. Very clean and everything we needed to cook our own meals, including a crockpot to start chili before heading out to ski. Such a great location. We will definitely return.
