This our second stay in this property! Both have been outstanding! This place is cozy, comfortable and convenient! The proximity to downtown Breck and local trails is tremendous. The property had everything a couple needs. We plan to be back!

Great location and has potential if refreshed. Couch was dirty, pillows didn’t stay put. Previous guest open food left in cabinet (bread, opened pasta sauce), hair in ice tray. Dated appliances that had odor(fridge/freezer). Bed covering had stains and smelly. Wouldn’t take much to refresh. Probably will check out other places next year.
