About this apartment rental
Sundial is a small, three-story beachfront property (24 units total) with covered parking, elevator, and a beachfront pool. It is sitting in the sand on West Beach, in a low density area of Gulf Shores. There is a very large private balcony which can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom.
Our condo has been freshly painted throughout, well maintained and totally equipped. It is a spacious (1200 sq. ft) three bedroom, two bath unit that comfortably sleeps eight people. King bedding is in the master BR, queen bedding is in the 2nd BR, two twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa is in the living area.
All you need to bring with you for a fabulous beach vacation is your swim suit and beach towel! There is a restaurant, ice cream shop and a beach market just across the street.
We do not rent to single adults under the age of 27. Parking is limited with 1 assigned spot per unit. 2 cars max and then, only on a space available basis.

Our stay was great. The only thing is I hate carpet in any Vrbo. The entire living could use new coat of paint.

Pros - The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in the unit as well as a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer. The beds aren't bad and its roomy.
Cons - the property is very old and needs updating. The furniture is old and musty. It was not very clean. The upstairs has a window unit that does not work very well.
