Inside, the living area with windows overlooking the sparkling water is the perfect spot to bond with your loved ones. Whether you're creating unforgettable family vacation memories or simply unwinding with friends, Sundial G3 offers a cozy and inviting space for it all.

This kitchen is a fully equipped for any cooking adventure. Picture yourself whipping up a feast from your secret family recipes or trying out a new local delicacy from Blalock Seafood & Specialty Store. Gather your loved ones around the spacious dining table for a cozy meal or grab a quick bite at the counter before heading out to the sandy shores.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed calling your name. Imagine drifting off to sleep while the gentle sound of waves kisses the shore just outside the door leading to the beachfront balcony. Need some entertainment? Turn on the flat-screen TV and cozy up for a movie night. When it's time to pamper yourself, step into the primary bathroom for a soothing bath or refreshing shower.

Picture a queen bed calling your name, just waiting for you to sink into its embrace after a long day of fun in the sun. Nestled on the second level, a hidden gem awaits - the loft area with two cozy twin beds and a full bed. Imagine your little ones giggling with excitement as they retreat to a space of their own after a thrilling day of beach escapades.

Everything you need for your beach vacation is at Sundial G3. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall, and free wifi throughout.

There is only 1 assigned parking space for this condo. An additional vehicle can utilize any overflow spaces that may be available. Overflow spaces are any open visitor spot or along the west fence line. Overflow parking for a 2nd vehicle cannot be guaranteed.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Monthly rental rates are available October -March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
