About this apartment rental
Excellent apartment, bedroom, top floor, impenetrable, residential building. Order 24 hours - all new - Copacabana. Room (sofa bed, table w / 4 chairs, ceiling fan), fourth (air conditioning, wardrobes, comfortable double bed with luxury mattress with protector D-50, LCD TV, ceiling fan), bathroom (box c / shower super shower), kitchen (fridge, stove, cupboards, microwave, granite sink, heater automatic, abs and basic utensils). With Cable TV. Various lighting options throughout the apartment. Excellent location. The 10 Minutes walk to the subway and the Rio Sul Shopping 10 minutes from Sugar Loaf and the Corcovado 20 minutes by car or bus. Several services around 24 hours. On foot: horti frutti, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies, coffee shops, newsagents, dry cleaners, etc.. There is no garage in the building, but there are paid parking lots near the building and covered.

Very busy building. Most times 1 out of 3 elevators working. Apartment very tiny 1 person in a room at a time.Our plane left early morning so we were told we had to check out the night before to get our deposit back. Very extensive contract to sign. Read before booking
