About this villa rental
The house is situated right at the sea front only few meters above the sea level and has access to the beach. Right in front of the house there is the large seawater swimming pool, 20x10m and 4 meters at its deepest. The swimming pool area is fitted with all necessary facilities including umbrellas, furniture, shower, changing room etc.
It is a 2 level country house of 120 sqm area, that was built in the early 20th century and fully restored to the present condition. It is has been built out of stone and wood which makes it pittoresque. It is at an isolated location perfect to relax.
In the house there are 3 bedrooms. The first and the second bedroom have a double bed each. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is even a sofa bed at the living room. There are two bathrooms one on the upper level with a bathtub and the other on the lower level with a shower. The lower level has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerators, microwave, washing machine) which leads off the dinning area.
At the upper level there is one secluded balcony with open sea view. On the other side there is one secluded patio with an outdoor barbecue. There is also a large private outdoor pergola on the house at the front with unlimited sea view and it is ideal for dinning.
The house is fitted with Satellite TV, basic furniture, linen, towels etc ready for use.
There is even tennis court at the garden.
It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the Ancient Temple of Poseidon, in Sounio.
The house is about 40 minutes away from the center of Athens, by car and about 20 minutes away from the Athens Airport.
The Pool is Available ONLY during the periods 25th of May until 15th of October each year

Clean. Awesome pool. Beautiful property. The only bad things were the stairs with no railing and the hand held showers . These things were things we just adjusted to easily

Absolutely loved my stay at the Villa. Pictures are 100% accurate. Wasnt even aware of the private tennis court and basketball goal. Rackets and balls available. Plan on coming back with my family! Quiet area and plenty of restaurants nearby

Amazing Villa highly recommended.Just recently experienced perfect family vacation at Villa Sunio. House with private pool is located on the cliff with magnificent panoramic sea view. Villa’s main advantage is huge swimming pool 20x10m with sea water, outside showers, WC and even changing rooms. House is cozy and comfortable for 5 people, equipped with all necessary for comfortable living. But we have spent almost all the time outside enjoying sea view or swimming in the pool. Sea is easily accessible from the territory by the staircase. No sand beach, but coast territory is private with minimum people and equipped with all necessary, like benches, shower and even snorkeling equipment. Kind and polite staff lived in neighborhood and was always ready to assist. Villa is located in 1 hour ride from Athens and we managed to have 4 trips in 15 days. Also there is some memorable sightseeing in close distance, for example Poseidon temple, ancient Thorikos amphitheater or National Park. Currently whole family is experiencing pleasant nostalgia:) Honestly I’d strongly recommend Villa Sunio for families, who are looking for unforgettable vacation near Athens.
