Set directly on the waterfront in a privileged Attica location, Villa Scorpio is an exceptional 360 m² retreat set within a private 4,900 m² estate. The residence:
The main residence welcomes guests into a spacious, bright open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and beautiful uninterrupted sea views. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, guest WC and a dedicated office, ideal for remote working.
An internal staircase and private elevator connect the different levels of the villa.
Upper Level:
The upper floor features the master bedroom, opening onto a private terrace with panoramic sea views – a wonderful setting for morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. A spacious bathroom with bathtub is also located on this level.
Lower Level:
The lower level offers additional accommodation, including a twin bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and kitchenette, as well as a double bedroom with direct access to the terrace and outdoor areas. A separate shower/WC and laundry/utility facilities are also available.
A second fully equipped kitchen opens through large doors directly onto the terrace and garden and incorporates a dedicated BBQ area, creating an ideal setting for casual lunches, barbecue dinners and relaxed outdoor dining.
Independent Guest Annex:
Adjacent to the main villa is an independent annex comprising two fully equipped studios, each with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and WC. Both studios have independent access to the pool and outdoor areas, offering additional privacy for families or groups travelling together.

We stayed 12 people in the house for one week and had a great time. The kids loved the pool.

This is a very nice place for an extended family, as we were, especially if you have someone cooking. It is remote, and you have to drive a while to get to supermarkets, but the house is large and comfortable, with two rooms in a separate structure by the pool.
The roads to the house, in the last mile or so, are small and winding, but manageable.
Overall, we would highly recommend this rental.

We were a group of 10 people and enjoyed every day in the villa. Everything was as described and the landlord also helped us to get in touch with a cooking team who cooked deliciously directly in the villa. And he also made a reservation for us in a restaurant.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the payment but we could solve it in the end.
