Could do with a paint job on the outside door but had all I needed and very convenient to all that Waikiki has to offer.

Nice place, small but cozy . Good for two people. We were not in the room for most part/sleeping only ; run in some emergency water shut off which was unexpected .
Communication with the manager was fairly quick .
Close to the beach, good restaurants.
Overall good stay.

Our stay was very pleasant. We arrived late in the evening and the after hours check in instructions and process were clear and easy. Bonus was the property manager happened to he in the lobby. He was friendly and helpful.
The room is basic and cozy but met our needs. We spend very little time in our accommodations when on vacation. If you spend more time in, this may be a consideration.
We were able to get around Honolulu by foot. Everything was a 10-15 minute walk or easy uber ride which is great because parking seems to be quite challenging.
We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the affordability, especially given the easy central location.

Parking was terrible and $30 a day on top of that. Bathroom in need of Reno. Other than that, it was nice
