About this apartment rental
Cannot beat the location! Perfectly situated in Waikiki, you'll be right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Just a 5 min walk to world famous Waikiki Beach, and surrounded by all the shopping and restaurants you can imagine. Perfectly suited for couples or solo travelers, this accommodation offers the necessities for those spending most of their time outside exploring. Studio offers a queen size bed, TV with cable, Internet, a small dining area, and a basic kitchenette with essentials such as mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker for a quick breakfast or leftovers.
You'll find nearly everything in Waikiki is walking distance, and you're never more than a block or two from a bus stop, or bike/ electric bike/ electric scooter rental.
We do not recommend renting a car for your stay as parking is very difficult and expensive to find in the area- plan on paying upwards of $40+ per day.
Due to our location being super central, we are located in the “heart of all the action” in Waikiki. Expect to hear typical noise of city traffic (cars/buses/sirens)
We understand not all guests are used to these conditions and we want you to be as comfortable as possible.
If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, we are happy to provide a sound machine and/or earplugs- please request at any point before or during your stay.
To make your stay as convenient as possible, we offer self check-in rather than coordinating in person check-in/out. We will be here for as much or as little as you need during your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to a "boarding pass" which outlines guidebooks, check in steps, and links to trip planning resources.
If you desire early check in, you may view options available and book through this link under "customize your stay", we will do our best to accommodate.
To ensure guests complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during guest stays. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities are provided.
If you are traveling with a group, please inquire on our other properties in this building. We have several on same, or nearby floors. Offering convenience of group travel with the added privacy!
Please note: Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem.
Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment.
This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out.
Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, it does not constitute cause for a refund.

The property was clean and had a very good location but, could definitely use another mirror aside from the only one that is over the sink in the bathroom.

Most of stay did not have TV. Owner did finally respond and issue resolved. Did like walking to beach and shopping/food.
