House foot in the sand with 4 bedrooms (1 suite, 1 bedroom with double bed and two bunk beds, two bedrooms with two single beds in each, all with ceiling fans), 4 bathrooms (1 being washed), barbecue, terrace , garage for 5 cars, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and pool table. Located in condominium with concierge and night round security. 30 minutes from the center of Ubatuba or Caraguatatuba.

A casa é excelente. Bem ampla, com todos os utensílios de cozinha, quartos e sala bem arejados. A vista da praia é maravilhosa, principalmente da sacada. O gramado bem cuidado. E a distância da praia, para estar mais perto, só se estiver dentro de um barco. Com toda certeza recomendo!

Linda casa, organizada, limpa, arejada, equipada e muito aconchegante. Ótima para estadia com a família e amigos. A localização é perfeita. Ao lado há um bar para facilitar o dia a dia na praia. Já queremos voltar.
