About this apartment rental
Location: Old Naples, 2nd Ave. South, between 2nd and 3rd street.
This condo is in a most desirable locations in Old Naples; it is only a couple of blocks to walk down on tree lined street to the Gulf. The beach by our condo does not have high rises, commercial activity, and is very quiet. It is vivid with animal life such as pelicans, dolphins and all kinds of tropical birds. The building is just 3 blocks away from the Fifth Avenue, which is a home to famous shops, restaurants and theater. Also, a few blocks away from the 3rd Street shopping area with outdoor restaurants, boutiques and nightlife. Cambier Park with great tennis courts, the city dock for dining and strolling are within walking distance as well.
Accommodations: This elegant, totally remodeled in 2021 , meticulously maintained condo is located on the second floor via a one short flight of steps. The building has only six units and two floors. There is a cozy courtyard isolated from the street, equipped with grills, Wi-Fi and patio furniture. The whole complex has the feeling of a quaint private house.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, equipped with a new pillow top mattress, new furniture and lovely views of Florida palm trees. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, with orthopedically firm mattresses. The two bedrooms have their own newly remodeled bathrooms. The living room has a new TV, library of newly published books and two Lazy Boy recliners . The big sliding doors are stackable and easily converts the room to an open lanai for breakfast and delightful conversations. The kitchen was remodeled in 2014 and is fully equipped with new, stainless steel appliances,
Four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and two bicycles are provided in a storage unit on the first floor. The condo is strictly non-smoking, does not allow pets, since the owner has a severe allergy to pets hair and dander and is not suited for small children. The building doesn't have a pool.

Second time at this complex. Ingrid is so nice and accomodating. The condo is just right for us. We will stay again if we travel without our pups.

The location is great and we could walk wherever we pleased in Old Naples.

Beautiful, quiet, neighborhood location, a short walk to the beach and 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. Very clean home. Fully equipped kitchen. Loved having access to beach gear- chairs, umbrellas, rolling cart and cooler. Master bedroom bed, pillows and sheets very comfortable. Guest room twin bed a little small for our 6’ 18-year-old son, but would be perfect for children or smaller/average size adults
