A great floorpan with an open kitchen to the living and dining areas and the primary suite has a west facing balcony and walk-in closet. Tile throughout, SS appliances, granite counter tops, plantation shutters, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, hurricane impact windows, two assigned parking spaces, elevator access and on-site management.
