The Club 103, beach condo with balcony and ocean view, private gated community

What a wonderful location. Our second time staying in Naples Cay, this was a different apartment on a lower floor this time. We decided the views were better here than staying higher up. Loved the pool, access to the beach and all the beach equipment. The location can’t be beaten, you can walk to Waterside shops and the restaurants, you have beautiful Clam Pass to head to, sunrise and sunset viewed from your own balcony or head to your beach. Super fast wifi, large modern TVs and so much more. This felt like staying in a home away from home rather than a tired and souless rental - the owners have really put time, effort and thought into everything here. Oh and very comfy beds, linens and couches. The pool is an excellent size and there was hardly anyone there (May), our son used the gym most days too. We all enjoyed shelling on the beach and sunset and sunrise walks directly from the apartment, a few moments walks via the pool and across the board walk.Amazingly well equipped kitchen, plenty of loo roll, kitchen roll and even pods for the coffee machine and a starter kit for the filter coffee machine. We guessed the owners are also Europeans as there were many of the things in this home that are usually missing from our point of view eg electric kettle to make tea, airer to dry your clothes (rather than use the tumble dryer), teapot etc. plus plenty of supplies like ziplocks, foil, clingfilm too. We can’t wait to go back, we absolutely loved it. Thank you to the owner

We wanted something close to the beach and it delivered! First, the owner of the condo is very communicative. She answers questions promptly and accurately. She genuinely cares about your visit. The condo is beautiful. It is decorated very nicely. The kitchen has all the amenities that you could want. The bathrooms are clean with an abundance of towels and the shower is amazing! The sunsets are just too perfect to describe.The pool area is clean and maintained daily, the beach is just heaven.This is our third stay in the Park Shores complex and everything is always as it lists. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property was clean, kitchen well equipped, view out of this world and beds very comfortable. The owners provided beach toys and chairs which made our stay so enjoyable. Beach access is so quick and easy and sunsets were magical every evening. Perfect spot if you are looking to spend the day at the beach
