*REMODELED OCTOBER 2024*Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Spa, covered picnic area Barbecue grills, Tennis, Basketball, Exercise room & Pickle-ball courts. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches.
**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grils.
The resort`s prime location is West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) it`s within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.
The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

We made a late decision to get away for spring break and this was a great option. Relatively affordable, updated, clean, and super easy process. Location was good - easy access to grocery stores and shopping and easy access to Olde Naples and all it has to offer. I appreciated the beach gear as well.

Overall, we had a great experience at this condo! The balcony was my favorite part! It was so enjoyable to be out there when we were at the condo. The space was great for our family of 4. They had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, etc to enjoy during our stay. The pool got pretty crowded but overall it was fine for us, and having the restaurant right there next to the pool is a great perk for lunch, dinner, or drinks. The only negative comment I have is about the check in process. I tried to check in when I arrived at 6pm. There was a be right back sign, but after 45 mins there was still no one to at the desk or anyway to reach out. The condo owner/company called be back after 10mins and gave me the condo number to go straight there instead of checking. The next morning I still had to go check in to get the wristbands and the staff was not apologetic at all about not having someone staffed at the desk. This is no fault of the condo owner, but more of an annoyance to have to check in/out at the lobby as well.

The condo was convenient to the places we wanted to visit while visiting Naples but could use some updating. We had a few issues upon arrival and our contact, Josh, responded quickly in a positive way. We love the beach and were happy to find comfortable beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for our trips to Clam Pass. Park Shore is a delightful place for a short or long stay.

The property location was convenient; nice pool area. The unit was stocked with what we needed, including beach supplies, which was nice. Unfortunately the unit below us was occupied by smokers so a lot of of our time on the balcony was disrupted by their smoke rising into the balcony which was obviously an unpleasant experience. This is the primary reason for the overall rating being 3 starts vs. 4. While the unit is a bit aged, they've done a decent job of keeping it updated and fresh and it was clean. For the price I felt it was good deal. The toilet in the extra bathroom was having problems during our stay, but that is probably an easy fix. Overall the unit provided the space and comforts that we needed for the Holiday week and convenient location to beach, downtown, shopping, restaurants.
