Welcome to your tropical retreat at Park Shore Resort, a lush 13-acre subtropical oasis ideally located in the heart of Naples. Surrounded by serene waterways and mature landscaping, this resort-style community offers a peaceful escape while remaining close to downtown Naples, shopping, dining, and miles of beautiful Gulf beaches.
This comfortable and well-appointed first-floor condo is designed for easy, stress-free living and accommodates up to six guests.
Sleeping Layout:
*Primary Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom
*Second Bedroom: Two twin beds
*Living Area: Queen-size pullout sofa
Inside, the condo features casual indoor dining for six and a thoughtfully designed living space that opens directly to a ground-level lanai. The lanai provides outdoor seating and offers the convenience of walk-out access to the resort amenities—no stairs or elevators required. A stackable washer and dryer inside the unit adds comfort and practicality, especially for longer stays.
Please note: this property will have a coffee table, a tile back splash in the kitchen, a closet door in the family room, new paint on trim and walls prior to occupancy. New photos will be taken to update the marketing once this happens.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles)
