Tessoro Spectacular Luxury Condo at Las Conchas
At last you have found the combination you’ve been looking for – luxury, privacy, and serenity…. all in one place and within 6 miles of downtown Puerto Peñasco.
Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or an idyllic romantic retreat directly on the beach, your search ends here. Come and enjoy our gorgeous 10th floor, 3 bedroom luxury condo at Tessoro Resort at the end of the Las Conchas peninsula. Once you step off the private elevator that takes you directly to your front door, the views from the huge terrace have breathtaking, expansive and unobstructed views of the shimmering Sea of Cortez and the natural beauty and unique wildlife of the Morua Estuary await you.
The main terrace balcony is spacious enough to entertain and barbecue on our grill, or just relax on our chaise lounges with a book and soak up the warm Mexican sun.
Tessoro Resort includes a beachfront, negative edge pool with a cascading waterfall into a lower pool just steps from the condo. You can spend the day playing or going for a walk along the beach, or for a refreshing swim in the sea. Our beachfront and the surrounding estuary are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling while you enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife that surrounds you.
With 10 foot ceilings, custom hand-carved doors, and travertine flooring, our condo is artfully furnished and decorated with modern style and elegance. The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV programming from the US. A spacious couch boasts 3 electric recliners for your comfort. Each of the 3 bedrooms also have large flat screen Smart TV’s with US satellite programing from DirectTV The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all appliances, accessories and utensils needed to prepare memorable meals.
All 3 bedrooms feature plush king size beds with high quality linens and towels. The luxurious master suite has a large, walk-in rainfall shower and an en suite Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The second bathroom has a large rainfall shower as well. The 3rd bedroom has a kitchenette with mini-fridge, 2 burner cooktop and a stainless steel sink, small table seating for 2, and a private balcony overlooking the estuary. There are two twin size roll away beds available for 2 extra guests.
Tessoro Resort provides 24-hour gated security access with private underground parking and private elevator access to entrance of the condo.
When, and if you decide to make the quick trip into town, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, souvenir shops at the lively malecon, supermarkets, sunset cruises, fishing trips and the marina only a few minutes away.

We have traveled to Rocky Point many times, but this was absolutely the best place we have booked. It has a wonderful beach that we had to ourselves most of the time. The condo itself is set up so nicely! The owner has furnished with such details it feels like a home more than a rental! Quality from the towels to the silverware and everything in between. We especially loved the large comfy sectional couch with electric recliners. And having the direct tv gave us many options to watch at the end of a fun filled day. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. We had many lovely evenings eating dinner out there and playing cards. The only thing I wished was that there had been a restaurant or two at a walkable distance, but the trade off of privacy and quiet was worth it . We will definitely be back.

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach is beautiful and the condo itself was everything we expected. The only issue we had was that the door wouldn't lock. We informed management and reached out to the owner but never received a response and never got fixed during our stay. But other than that, we would definitely return.
