About this apartment rental
Tessoro is wonderfully located in the secluded Eastern end of Las Conchas away from the noise of loud blasting music and the noisy fireworks that is much of Sandy Beach and the Mirador and downtown areas. There is a private elevator for each of 4 condo towers that constitutes the building. It is a unique design for Puerto Penasco.
Travertine floors throughout with a star design as you exit the elevator from the underground parking garage or from the Lobby area if you are coming from the pool or beach area. All the comforts and more of home. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, another King bed in the second bedroom a King Bed in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 8 people.
The third bedroom has a balcony access to the eastern beach for sunrise views. There are two chairs and a table on the balcony.
There was once a spa on the private patio, as of 6/27/2022 that is removed. It has been a headache from the beginning and with many not know how to operate it, we made the decision to remove it. This makes for a much larger, patio space.
The main patio has a propane gas grill, a sink and comfortable patio furniture.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and virtually everything you could need to prepare your meals. The master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and a large separate shower, double vanities and a private toilet area with a door.
Numerous pieces of original artwork gives this property a very sophisticated, chic ambiance in a comfortable inviting setting.
The newest Resort Condominium project in Las Conchas. Stunningly Gorgeous and away from the crowds of Sandy Beach & downtown. Free of Fireworks...NO fireworks noise, explosions, loud music, etc.

Beuatiful condo with an amazing view. The pool area was clean, the staff very attentive, and condo was well furnished. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location and service. This place is more than what you can see in the pictures, it is fully equipped, it is excellent for family time, it close for any restaurant and stores. And the services provided by the staff is really good.

Condo was well furnished and equipped.If you plan to do cook would bring own pans as the ones there scratched up(nonstick) others warped and wont work on induction range. Clean condo but there was some dog hair on bed top cover.Hadnt stayed on this end of Las Conchas before.was mostly quiet.Unfortunately with tides most all.beach is gone for much of afternoon.There were also several vehicles all over beach with low tide which wasnt the best with kids around..If using pool know it is not heated and you need to bring own umbrella if you want any shade.One of days elevator was out so had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. According to workers on property it is very common for them to break down.Overall for price wouldn't stay here again as there are better options in Puerto Penasco.
