RECENTLY RENOVATED condo located in the Bretton Woods Resort. 4 nice sized bedrooms with 4 full baths (3 ensuite) and another half bath along with an open and updated living space make this a great place to spend a family vacation. The first floor boasts a cathedral ceiling spacious living room with large fireplace. The updated kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. A bedroom with full bath is also located on this floor. Two large bedrooms with ensuite baths share the second floor. The lower level has a spacious recreation space with large TV, couches and pool table. Great for kids! A separate bedroom and full bath are also on this level. The condo is nicely maintained and has upscale furnishings. A large deck allow you to experience great cookouts and relaxation. Air Conditioning. Great for 2 families. From this location you have easy access to the whole Bretton Woods Resort including the golf course, SPA, local restaurants and the Mt Washington Hotel complex. Come explore the golf courses, hiking, and many attractions of the beautiful White Mountains. During the winter, come ski at NH's largest Ski Resort ... Bretton Woods. The resort, nestled in the shadow of Mt Washington, is waiting for you to discover it's many options.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The location was beautiful and easy access to the Mount Washington Omni. The owner communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time and was extremely responsive to questions. The house had everything we needed to cook a family dinner and was close to a bunch of restaurants, so we did both. The setup of the house made everything way to find, from trash bags to olive oil and spices. There was even a battery drawer, which saved us big time when the batteries in our kids thermometer went low. The low batteries were giving some false readings and we were ready to find the nearest urgent care, but after replacing the batteries all was good! This rental is a 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay. Our host was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly throughout our stay. The house was beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and well stocked. The location was perfect for us (40 min to North Conway, 20 min to Santa’s Village, and 5 min to the Mount Washington hotel)! We loved exploring the area. We had one rainy day and this house was big enough for our group to be inside comfortably and play board games and watch movies. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

This was the perfect place for our group of four couples. We hiked Mt. Pierce (trailhead was 7 minutes away), kayaked in Littleton(30 minutes away) and enjoyed time in nearby Bethlehem. We cooked in one night and the kitchen was fully stocked and the grill worked perfectly. Having 4 bathrooms along with 4 bedrooms meant each couple had their own bathroom which is ideal. It was updated beautifully and was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to experience some more of the many hiking trails in the area.
