Great home for multi-generational gatherings of family & friends. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 guests.1.6 miles from The Bretton Woods ski resort. 1.8 miles to the Mount Washington Hotel. Ideal White Mountains location for skiing & outdoor fun. Unit provides Pack-n-play, toddler bed & children's toys.
Main floor has updated kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots & pans guests should need. Open concept living & dining space with wood burning fireplace & vaulted ceilings and a glorious view of the Bretton Woods Ski resort. New for 2024 air conditioning. Off the foyer French doors open to a bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the living area. Main floor has a large deck for soaking up the sun.
Upstairs has two en-suite bedrooms for extended privacy. First is larger & has a king sized bed. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed. both have air conditioning.
Ground floor has a large room for entertainment, two bedrooms & a full bathroom. Shuffleboard & Foosball tables offer hours of entertainment value. First bedroom offers a space for play. Outfitted with two singles and a bunk bed. The smaller second bedroom has a queen bed.

Recently stayed at this property for vacation with my children and grand children. It was great. Very clean and equipped. Looking forward to staying here again next year hopefully. And in a great location for all there is to do in the summer in this location.

The condo was clean, neat, very welcoming and perfect for me and my family. I have rented several condos in this area and this is by far the best and we would most definitely return. The owner was outstanding in his communication—- he was consistently very prompt in his responses and created a very information sheet which had condo information and other area info which was extremely helpful. Definitely a 5 star rental!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was immaculate and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 children. I highly recommend this property if you’re planning to stay in the Bretton Woods area.

It was obviously disappointing to not have power, therefore usage of the unit, for the first day. I would expect some sort of refund for this. I appreciate it was not the homeowner's fault, but this was beyond a "bad weather day - can't ski, can't use the lodge, etc".
