A fost drăguță casa, spațioasă pentru 2 adulți și un copil de 15 ani.

Nu am găsit curățenie, așa cum mă așteptam, probabil lenjerii schimbate și restul am curățat eu când am ajuns. A trimis a doua zi personal, un barbat, dar deja era târziu.

Family of 5, we spent a week of our 3-week 2019 summer trip at Oasis. Unfortunately can't say positive things only. Claimed on Booking.com as 'Oasis' it turned to be named "Edem' which in fact appeared to be Hades...as our apartment was located at "ground floor". I have nothing against ground floors, but in this case when you stand full height in a bedroom next to the window, your nose is same level as ground, which in my understanding is underground. So be aware of it! We were pretty much frustrated with this fact. Having better pictures and description on Booking.com we would never book a ground floor like that. This is the only drawback of this resort. All the rest was wonderful. The territory is very beautiful with high palm trees, grass is green, cut and clean. Flowers, pines...coming back from the beach, we can breathe it every time while jealously staring at upper floors apartments:) Rooms are modernly furnished as well as kitchen having everything you need. However every time we tried to turn on electrical oven, it shut electricity completely, so useless. Air-conditioner is powerful and new. Also, in underground, it is not that really hot:) Among other PROs: - very beautiful sea and views upon Sithonia on the other side. You may even see Athos sometimes, which is third 'finger' of Chalkidikis. - not crowded gravel beach. Clean by Greek standards... if you like me love to swim and watch underwater life - take a camera or aquabox for your phone - there are things to capture. Sea is clean and warm - just perfect. However take rubber slippers with you - because of gravel it might be painful to enter the water and walk the beach, especially for kids. - beach is very close to apartment, 1 minute walk literally. - the overall atmosphere reminds Greece as we loved it. - stylish apartment interior

CONs: - well you know it...underground. - really dirty coach in living space. - oven not working properly - noise from the main road nearby at night - you need a car there. Supermarkets are 25 min walk. Last day at the beach we were visited by a cute cat from a seafront villa. Then came his owner who gifted us unforgettable smile. That was a treasure memory we keep from that trip. A luxury aftertaste of Greece.

The apartment was nice and clean, with two rooms that can well accommodate a family of four and a large kitchen & living room area. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment had air conditioning but we didn't need to turn it on. Mosquito nets are available on every window. The apartment is located in a nice villa with a beautiful garden, and a spacious private parking place. The beach is 100 meters from the apartment. Chanioti and Polychrono can be reached within a few minutes by car. The host was very nice and it was very easy to communicate with.

1. Noise. The location is a very nosy one. The apartment is located very close to the main road that runs across the Eastern side of Kassandra and there is a lot of noise from passing cars. You can hear cars driving all the night. The weekend nights are especially awful as many more people are driving around. It was difficult to sleep because of this. We also had a bad experience one day at noon when, 10 minutes after putting the kids to sleep, around 14:30, two people came to cut down the grass in the yard. They mowed the lawn for more than 30 minutes and made lots of noise, obviously making it impossible to sleep. Quite hours doesn't seem to be a concept familiar to these people. 2. Mosquitos. Although the apartment does have mosquito nets on all windows there so many mosquitos around. The moment you open a door they fly in. After getting a lots of bytes the first night, we killed more than 20 the next evening before going to sleep. And no matter how much we tried to kill them all we got lots of mosquito bytes every night, especially the children. 3. Wifi. It worked very poorly when it worked. There is wifi signal only in the kitchen-living area, not at all in the bedrooms. And the signal was very poor, on one phone it was often not even detectable. The router was in another apartment, because we didn't find it in ours. And the router was often turned off. There was also a couple of days when it didn't work at all. There was wifi signal but no internet access. The host said it was because the internet provider was doing maintenance in the area but that wouldn't account for the router being turned off. We had to rely on mobile data on roaming, but 4G signal was also quite poor in the house. In the main bedroom there was no network signal at all. When we kept the phones there they disconnected from the mobile network. 4. Beach. It is very close to the apartment, you can reach it within a minute.
