House was clean and tidy at handover. Host was friendly and gave clear instructions

Ev çok güzel şık ve ve ihtiyaçlar sağlanmıştı. Mutfakta tüm eşyalar düşünülmüştü. Ev oldukça temizdi. Çarşaflar ve havlular temizdi. Temizlik malzemeleri yeterliydi. Havuz yeterli ve oldukça temizdi. Ev sahipleri her konuda yardımcı oldular ve ilgiliydiler.

Salon biraz küçük, iki yatak odası aşağıda ve pencereleri biraz küçüktü. Ev sahipleri kibardı, ama su deposu için ansızın tesisatçı geldi, bize haber verip gelmelerini isterdik. Havuza bakan kamera güzel değil.

Everything! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is a perfect size and is well maintained, as is the garden area. The location is perfect, being in a peaceful location only a minute’s walk to the beach, yet still only 10 mins from the centre of town. The hosts were very welcoming and providing with us with everything we needed (even sending a locksmith to us within 15 mins when we managed to lock ourselves out!) I would highly recommend this villa to anyone!

The security cameras on the patio and pool area are slightly off-putting at first, but I understand they are required for security.

That is a pet friendly ad, but the host wasn’t pleased. It was 3 months old French bulldog. It has pool and it was clean.

Our hosts decided to visit us 3 times a day to “clean” the pool. They weren’t friendly at all and were spamming us at least two times a day because of the pool. One morning at 8 a.m. we were drinking coffee and the host let herself in without notifying us at all and we were very surprised. There wasn’t any cleaning facilities available like mop, buckets and all purpose cleaners like “Bleach” or something else. She wanted 15 euros per day for the dog and it wasn’t stated anywhere in the policies at all. The last day when we were checking out she came and was very rude. She was shouting “ OmG” it’s “so dirty because of the dog”, which is false, because we bought all the cleaning supplies- bucket, mop and bleach to clean. The check out was at 10:30 which is really early to clean the whole villa ourselves. We paid cleaning fee, so it’s theirs responsibility. There was a problem during our check out for some of the towels, because they were different colours and she made us pay for them- 5eur per towel. They were shouting with her husband that there is damage, that the towels can’t be washed and from 300 euros deposit she returned us 190 euros. Also two of the the bedrooms are underground and the windows are very small. There are a lot of cats that are roaming free in the yard, and were eating from our table . Overall the whole experience was traumatic.
