Perfect place in Athens, close to Metro and city center

The position of the apartment is amazing, and the place itself really comfortable even for 4 adults and 1 kid. It was exactly what we were looking for, couldn't ask for more!

The wifi password is written in a kind of tricky way, but a part from that everything was great.

I would come back!

I liked the location, but a little bit far from the center. However, walking for 25' is not a big deal. In addition, there are countless means of transport. I liked Cristina's pro-reactivity, who gave us all kinds of information, even without asking for it, but which proved to be very useful. For example, recommendations for restaurants. Nice area, indeed!

I didn't like the noise produced by the neighboring apartment, where it was being renovated, or from the one upstairs where the residents were arguing in the middle of the night. But this is independent of the owner. Instead, and this is what I have already told Cristina, as a recommendation, I think a few pods for the coffee machine would be useful. Quite difficult to look in the morning at the shops in the area, when your lips are burning for a coffee... I also suggest to Cristina to cover the mold stains in the bathroom, on the ceiling.

Good location, clean property.

The flat was located in Ilisa, 5-6 minutes from the Metro on foot. Close to many cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was very clean and had all essentials one could require for a short stay. There were 2 bedrooms (one smaller than the other) with an additional couch bed that fit 5 adults quite well.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about it.

Exceptional

Great apartment! Spacious, very clean, equipped with everything you need, located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We felt very safe there. The windows overlook the trees. Very close to M3 Megaro Moussikis metro station. Air conditioning in every room and very good wifi. A nice surprise were coffee capsules for the coffee machine and a bottle of water in the fridge. Before arrival, we received very good instructions on how to get to the apartment and we had no problem with it - even though we arrived later than planned - after midnight. Special thanks to the host Luca, who was very helpful, responded to messages within a minute and helped with support in an unexpected situation. We would definitely choose this apartment again.

The property was in the authentic Greek side of Athens, situated 30 minutes away from the centre of attractions, but close to plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants

Nice apartment with lovely lime trees

Is a lovely apartment and neighborhood. Nicely furnished for a rental. Very colorful decor. Bath and a half. Water temperature set very high! Beware! Sadly, never met the host. A Few nice restaurants nearby. One that sits at a point is lovely. Convenient grocery and a coffee shop with nice pastries near by.. Metro not far. Taxis in Athens quite trying. Did walk to Syntagma Square once but was hot and exhausting. Airport driver is a kind and knowledgeable man. Glad he was the first person we met in Athens. Do take advantage of that service

Feel like home

We stayed here twice, after first time 4 days stay, we decided to stay here again, because it has everything you need. - All Kitchen set, also Salt, Sugar, Oil, Pepper, Kitchen Paper, etc, just everything - Has Heater, we are not in cold winter there, but I‘m sure in winter the heater will work and it will be warm inside, anyway, they have also a big electric heater. - Two toilets. One toilet which has Shower, also has a warm lamp, which is great for cold days - Air- conditioner in each room - Three small balconies. - Bed is comfortable, the same as pillows - Dim light in each room - Baby bed and chair can be provided, my little one liked his bed :) - Very clean and modern - Very quiet at night - a mini supermarket 5 mins on foot - Sofa is comfortable - I like the color design in this apartment - Luca is very very nice and helpful, reply immediately if we have any problem.

If really need to say something, is would be great to have shower curtain to prevent the floor to get wet, but it is not a big deal to compare to other things in this apartment.

Cheia de la intrarea in propietate se lasa intr o cutie cu cifru, problema este ca acea cutie a fost foarte dificil de gasit! daca nu aveam norocul sa vina niste locatari care cunosteau unde este "agatata in gard" cutia nu aveam nici o sansa sa o gasim (am ajuns pe intuneric ) deci nu aveam acces la ce platisem..., am incercat sa ctc "proprietarul" care de fapt cred ca este o firma, dar nu a raspuns la telf!! asadar intrebati inainte unde sunt localizate cheile proprietatii excat! nu este suficient doar un cod cu care nu aveti ce face!

Departamento bien ubicado pero........

Muy bien ubicado y amplio departamento. Todo cerca, metro a menos de 2 cuadras.

Estaba muy sucio cuando llegamos. Pedimos posibilidad de recibirlo antes debido a que llegamos a las 9 hrs a Atenas. Nos dijeron que no era posible y lo entregaron a las 15 hrs. Lo mínimo que uno espera al llegar a esa hora es que el departamento este limpio, pero estaba lleno de pelos y migas de pan por todos lados (hasta cereales encontramos bajo los muebles). Además, las últimas dos tardes/noches realizaron trabajos de construcción con muchísimo ruido en departamento superior. Se avisó de esta situación pero se me informó que se podían generar trabajos de construcción hasta las 22 hrs. Tuvimos que salir y no volver hasta las 22 hrs. ambos días producto de esto.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, perfetto per un soggiorno ad Atene. La posizione è strategica, molto comoda ai trasporti pubblici, il che ha reso facile spostarsi in città. L'alloggio è ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'host, Christina sempre disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo! -
