This place is very close to the Metro Line 3. So it is perfect to catch a metro to the Airport. The flat is not far away from the center, so it can be a good HQ to visit the city, too. We just spend one day there, for this short period it was a good solution.
The flat has only blind windows, so no natural lighting. It is a not perfect renovated flat, with some problematic position of the furnitures. So I am not sure this is good place for a long staying. But for 1-2 days it can be a good solution.

Relativ große Wohnung mit Küche in verkehrsgünstiger Lage (nahe der Metro, die zum Flughafen fährt, Innenstadt kann auch zu Fuß erreicht werden). Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Durch die Lage im Inneren des Wohnblockes relativ ruhig.
Dunkel - man hat quasi eine Kellerwohnung: Die Schlafzimmerfenster zeigen auf einen dunklen Innenhof, die von Bad und Küche in stockdunkle Lüftungsschächte. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses roch bei unserer Ankunft stark verbrannt, in der Wohnung war es aber okay. Eine Steckdose ist aus der Verankerung gerissen. An der Wand des Schlafzimmers zum Bad gibt es einen sichtbaren Wasserschaden (evtl. auch Schimmel?). Die Funktionsweise der Sicherungen für Herd und Warmwasser könnte besser erklärt werden.
