Good location and spacious with parking. Had great air conditioning and host was very responsive.
Very difficult to find. The entrance is a narrow alleyway between 2 buildings. No oven as is in the description so food we had bought was wasted. Bathroom is quite small and doesn't always smell great. Pillows were awful so not always a good night's sleep.

Price, location and washing machine.
The bathroom is very small and toilet so high. The smell in the appartment is terrible (sewer). It did not make us want to stay and eat there. The appartment would need a thorough dusting and cleaning of drawers.
