The location is perfect and quiet and having a balcony to have breakfast or to chill out a bit is perfect!
The property needs a bit of renovation, especially the bathroom.

La posizione ottima. la vista del balcone proprio sul vulcano era bellissima.Vicinissima alle spiagge ed al centro 5 minuti reali. Il residence molto bello. Laura gentile e disponibile .
La Pulizia lasciava a desiderare( ho fatto da me) e lo stato della stanza(che hanno dato a me per le altre non so) con muri spaccati e mobili mmooolto datati e arrangiati. Dalle foto sembrava diversa.anche in balcone c era un tavolo (l unico)traballante e con una tovaglia pure strappata, le sedie in uno stato terribile, sostituirle con delle sedie di plastica sarebbe meglio anche per la pulizia. Le scale per salire sono state il biglietto da visita...tutte sporche. Punterei di più su tutto questo per far salire l indice di gradimento.
