Comfortable and airy ground floor house with mezzanine, in condominium Residencial Costa do Sol - Guaratuba beach (Bertioga), one of the best condominiums on the coast of São Paulo, approximately 10 km from the São Lourenço Riviera (km 201 of Rod. Rio Santos).
House with 3 suites + 1 toilet + 1 external toilet, large living room, dining room with table for 8 people, all rooms and rooms with air conditioning, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, basic utensils (dishes, glasses, crockery, pots and pans), balcony with supports for hammocks, barbecue, swimming pool with prainha, external shower, cistern with capacity of 1000 liters, beautiful garden with preserved green area and native species of the Atlantic Forest ), parking space for 3 cars. The condominium is surrounded by the totally preserved Atlantic Forest.
The house is located at a distance of 180m from the beach, beach side. Great place for families. Access to the condo is controlled at the gate and security is held 24 hours. Condo high standard with paved, landscaped and clean streets. The Guaratuba Beach has great bathing with long stretch of clean sand, ideal for sports and fishing, due to the two rivers that define.
Inside the Condo Costa del Sol can find supermarkets, pizzeria and ice cream parlor.

A casa da Rose é sensacional. Limpa, bem estruturada, decorada e organizada. O jardim é maravilhoso! O condomínio é muito seguro e a casa fica muito próxima da praia. Perfeita para encontros familiares e crianças.
Desde do início do processo de locação, a Rose foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo questões sobre imóvel e localização. Sem dúvidas, voltaríamos para essa casa no Costa do Sol.
