Games are also available against good care: table football, snowshoes, pétanque balls, board games ...
The 750m² garden is enclosed with courtyards, lawn, garden furniture, deckchair, gas barbecue.

From the upper floor a magnificent view of the sea and Ile Grande.
Close to the city center (2 minutes by car) all amenities: bakery, supermarket, bank, post office, restaurants, local market on Tuesday.
For visits and walks less than 15 minutes from the house: the pink granite coasts, the Quelen marsh, the great islands, Milliau island, the 7 islands, Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, the Gallic village-the radome- the planetarium at Pleumeur Bodou, Lannion (train station, airport, cinema, shopping centers, etc.), etc.

At the delivery of the keys, we will ask you for a deposit check of 400 €.
This will not be debited and will be returned to you when you leave if there is nothing to report and if the cleaning is correct.
Otherwise a deduction from the deposit will be determined by mutual agreement between the two parties.
In the event of a dispute, the lessor retains the security deposit check pending an estimate made
by a professional. The lessor deducts the amount of the damage from the deposit and agrees to
transfer the rest of the deposit. If the amount of the quote exceeds 400 € the tenants agree to pay
the balance of material damage.
