Overall, the place was good with a few minor issues like clogged sinks and TVs that did not work. Communication with Management was a bit slow and it took several days to get a response. We ended up fixing the sink ourselves. The unit does have three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. The beach and the water were stunning and the area had a lot of really good restaurants that were very close. There is absolutely no view from the patio of the unit, but we knew this going in so it was OK. If I came back to this place, I would rent one floor up.

Condo was nice. Great location. Reason for 3 stars is the host was terrible at communicating. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn’t working, we let the host know Sunday she said she’d get a handyman out. Texted again Monday, no reply. Again Tuesday she finally replied and said she’d figured he was there by now. Texted again Wednesday - expressing i was upset, no handyman had showed up, and the communication was poor. She didn’t reply until Thursday & basically told me, she doesn’t text her guests while they’re there and to enjoy my trip. Sucked to have to do dishes on vacation but if something was broke I get it. But the poor communication just wasn’t it. Also when we arrived one of the beds (the master) didn’t have sheets we had to wait for the cleaner to come back and open the owners closet to get sheets and I have a baby who is in his crawling stage. When we arrived I set him down & his legs/ feet were black within minutes of crawling in the floor upon arrival.
