They upgraded us to two villas for the view. Villas were too hot. We asked to be transferred to another room, they gave us the villa again, same issue. We asked for fans, they said they can’t provide. The beach is too rocky for swimming. Food for breakfast wasn’t edible. As in walang lasa. Lost power at 5 am. We woke up at 6 am and had to ask the staff when will power come back. No one knew. Called for the supervisor, a trainee came to explain. No supervisor came. Nobody informed us what to do until I got visibly mad at everyone. They were just lounging around the restaurant. We went to Saud beach, there was no water in the CR when we came back. Had to call the front desk twice. No toiletries provided. We checked out a day early because instead of relaxing, we only got stressed out.
