Ocean View Studio 49A KIDS STAY FREE

Great place to stay. Hosts are easy and nice to communicate with. Everything was clean, including floors, bathroom, kitchen, bedding and linen. TV works fine. Bit of a weird Smart TV but it gets the job done once you get used to it. The kitchen is fully stocked and supplied. Big full size fridge as well. Pots, pans, all cutlery and all that. Stove top. Space is limited for the kitchenette, but there's a large sized kitchen table to help with space. The VIEW is incredible. We didn't even realise it when we booked, but you're in for an unobstructed treat. Also, please don't feed the birds. Seems like tourists have been doing so, and has affected the birds' behaviour. Fully functioning A/C. Dedicated car parking. Easy enough to get in and out off.

Bathroom has no ventilation (little airflow; guess you could run the airconditioner to help out, but that seems wasteful and ineffcient). It's a nice enough bathroom considering the overall size and space, however it will be wet all the time. Difficult to keep clean and dry. Some people may not like the walk up and down, however we think it's well worth the view, and an easy way to get some extra steps in.

no privacy. our balcony only had a lattice screen and we could see the people next door to the left and the right. stupid idea.
