Location is close to pictured rocks and Tahquamenon Falls
I had a reservation through booking.com. When I entered, I told them I had a reservation and gave my license. They gave me the keys. Next day I got an email from booking.com that I was marked as a no-show. I contacted the front desk and asked them to clarify. They told it’s sorted out. Now, I am charged for staying as well as Cancellation. I am talking with booking.com for hours to get this cancellation revoked because of a mistake done by the property.

The staff was very RUDE almost as if they hate their life.
This hotel is Extremely dated. I feel as if the owner of this hotel just does enough to get by. Beds were hard and our shower didn’t have a shower head on it.
Breakfast was cereal and waffles thats it,
We over heard the staff talk crap about some guests 🤷♀️ Seriously a hotel is not the place to work if you can’t be friendly and not talk shit about the guests.
Come on DO BETTER its not hard to be nice
