About this house rental
An original 1912 Craftsman bungalo style home but with all the modern amenities that make life comfortable and easy. We are set in a location that makes it easy to experience everything the South Bay area has to offer as well as the greater Los Angeles area. We are a short walk to the Redondo Beach Pier, 3 miles to Riviera Village with all of the wonderful shops and restaurants, 3 miles to trendy and lively Hermosa Beach and 7 miles to upscale Manhattan Beach.
Stepping inside is like stepping back into time - with all of the modern conveniences of today's needs - Air conditioning, hi speed wi-fi, spa like bathroom, large back yard (by beach standards), assigned parking space, fully equipped kitchen, office area with wi-fi and printer. The house is tastefully and eclectically furnished with many crystals, geodes and unusual pieces throughout.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and windows that look out into the private patio. It is quiet and cool with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is small and has a queen size murphy bed, its own bathroom, and private entrance through french doors that lead out to the back yard. The office has a very comfortable twin daybed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare your favorite meals with Le Cruiset cookware, rice cooker, Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, wine cabinet, etc. The outside area is perfect for grilling any time of year and there are multiple seating areas outside. The backyard is complete with a cozy firepit and seating area, fountains, and large farm style dining table for those warm evening barbeques with family.
Although we are a completely pet friendly home - the home is immaculate and without doggie hair or smells. We have a large fenced back yard which is ecure from all sides.
This is our own home which we are renting out while we travel, so it is well loved and cared for. We look forward to having our guests who will do the same!

The property is beyond wonderful! The private garden was like being in Heaven as we sat out and enjoyed a glass of wine, chatting and taking in the beautiful plants and trees. The home is filled with magnificent artifacts, decorated with an experts loving eye, Great beds, everything you could imagine in the kitchen, wonderful showers and baths. A few different places to sit outdoors and of course a BBQ completing the ambiance! Don't think twice, this is the place!!

From check-in to check-out the property met all expectations. It is well furnished with comfortable beds, an excellent kitchen, and great showers! The decor is very engaging (though probably not great for young children as items are fragile). The communication was outstanding. We just wish we could have stayed longer and been able to enjoy more of the features!

The home was a little sanctuary. A great craftsman home with a lovely yard. Perfect for my dog and family. It was comfortable, clean and well appointed with every convenience. We will definitely stay again.

This property was so cute. Lots of character and has everything you need more. The highlight is the great backyard with a fire pit and fountain. It’s even fully fenced so our pups could run around safely.
