The home is on a quiet tree-lined street in a highly sought-after neighborhood close to multiple parks. Biking distance to shops, the beach, and Riviera Village. Extensively remodeled in 2019, the home features a finished garage perfect for an office or playroom and a street-to-street lot with an amazing backyard for entertainment. Please note - Available for 29 days minimum from mid June - Aug 2024.

The house is a sanctuary with warm light and coastal breezes reaching every corner of this living area. The home is newly renovated with updated furnishings throughout.

Kitchen: The kitchen features a eat-in nook with seating for (3). Fully stocked with stainless appliances. The coffee bar features a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.
Office: (2) dedicated workspaces with desks offer the perfect office away from home. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house even in the backyard!
3 bedrooms: (1) king with master suite with large his and hers closet and (1) bunk bed in the second bedroom (1) pull out sofa bed in the third bedroom.
3 Bathrooms: The suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and the second and third bathrooms have a shower and tub.
Backyard: The backyard provides a large space lined by stringer lights featuring two patio areas grill, trampoline and beautiful landscaping.
Garage: The finished garage is a private extra space including large multipurpose room with TV, desk, toys/games and exercise equipment. The space has a full bathroom within the unit.
