We enjoyed our stay and would happily use this apartment again

A spacious well equipped apartment in an excellent location, with good restaurants in walking distance. Everything required was provided, and the beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was useful. The pool was a good size and warm, although the bad weather meant we could not make much use of it.

We stayed at the end of the season so one could see that the furniture and kitchen had suffered from careless guests. The hob was cracked right through and the sofabed badly stained. The previous guests had stacked their dirty pizza plates back in the cupboard for us to find.

Don't want guests that don't speak English? Just say so!!

The reception. They fixed what was being done terrible by the owner

When you don't want guest that don't speak French, Just say so on your add! When you do want them, give instructions in English!!! Upon arrival it became clear that the apartment was not managed by the resort, but by a private owner that rents it. It's complicated to get to the apartment, find the key (in a hidden key locker), get access to the parking, etc. At the resort nobody knows anything about your booking. Some French instructions were send with a incomplete phone nr. When we finally got someone on the phone they don't speak English. Thank god for the guy at the reception that did and was willing to fix the mess of the owner!

A marvellous stay and we look to hopefully return again in the future.

The apartment was lovely and the location was great. The development that the property sits within is really lovely and the facilities such as the pool were immaculately maintained. On site parking made the experience of arriving and departing really easy. The host Cyril was really good and always available to answer our queries.

Access could have been easier if written instructions were provided but we worked it out eventually on the phone with the host Cyril directly.

Le fait de passer par un particulier car les services n’étaient pas du tout les mêmes que quand je passais avec Pierre et vacances directement. Les plombs ont sauté plusieurs fois et il faisait froid dans le logement.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la localisation, la propreté ainsi que la souplesse des horaires. L’appartement était sublime et très bien équipé.

Dommage que la piscine intérieure été fermée et que nous n’en ayons pas été informés.

Excellent week-end entre amis

Emplacement idéal pour profiter à pieds de Deauville et Trouvaille. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Merci pour le café et cidre de bienvenue. L'appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux.

2 petits bémols : le chauffage s'est révélé insuffisant en température pour ce week-end assez froid. Pas d'alèse dans les lits 1 personne et celle du lit 2 personnes tachée.

Trevligt och bra boende i Deauville

Bra lägenhet med två badrum och en toalett. Trevlig pool. Bra med parkering och elbilsladdning för Tesla i källarvåningen. Bra läge på hotellet.

Ingen bra ventilation. Vi hade otur under vår vistelse då det skedde en stor vattenläcka på hotellet. Vi var utan vatten och toaletter under 1,5 dygn. Poolen var avstängd. Synd om personalen på hotellet som fick hantera detta.

Très bien mais dommage pour le non respect de l’horaire.

La résidence et l appartement sont très biens propres confortables. L emplacement très bon face a la gare et on peut aller à deauville comme trouville à pied. Piscine super et spa aussi.

Seul bémol : j’ai eu l’appartement avec 1h30 de retard à cause du précédent locataire . J’étais déçue car il faisait beau le jour de mon arrivée et je n’ai pas pu profiter comme je voulais . Le proprio m’a alors proposé de prolonger le jour du départ seulement j’avais déjà prévu mon train. Et je n’ai pas vraiment profité de cette proposition surtout qu’il pleuvait..

Nous avons apprécié le logement en rez de jardin La luminosité et l’espace des lieux - les lits prêts pour notre arrivée - une bouteille de cidre sur le plan de travail - La proximité à la piscine.

L’accès à la mer à pied relativement éloigné.

Super séjour

L’appartement est propre fonctionnel, dans une belle résidence de Pierre et vacances, avec accès à l’ensemble des services proposés proposés par la résidence. Le spa est top ; la gare et le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied. Et Cyrille est très facilement joignable ; séjour parfait !!!
