Apt. Lourdes, close to the Teresitas & Anaga

Die Lage war sehr zentral und fußläufig zum Strand Teresitas gelegen. Auch eignet sich der Standort gut, um Wanderungen im Anaga Gebirge zu unternehmen.

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war nicht sehr bequem.

Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber gut geschnitten. Der Vermieter hat uns noch ein zusätzliches Bett in das eine Zimmer gestellt, sodass wir zu viert als Familie gut untergekommen sind. Die Wohnung ist mehr als gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen sind super und der Zugang ist über den kleinen Flur in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand Las Teresitas. Der wundervoll ist. Das Wasser ist sauber und ideal zum Baden. San Andres leben viele Einheimische, das macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und echt. Weniger touristisch als im Süden (was wir ideal fanden) und dennoch tolle Restaurants, die eben auch die Einheimischen besuchen. Das empfinde ich als gutes Zeichen.

Putzutensilien für eine Reinigung zwischendurch wären super. Besen, Wischmopp und Eimer sind allerdings vorhanden. Ein zusätzliches Abtrockentuch und ein Wechsellappen würden Sinn machen.

Magnifique vue très bien placé et au calme. La terrasse est top !

Location is really good, the large balcony, too. The apartment is convenient and enough for 4 people. The beach and the free parking are nearby. Also Santa Cruz is 10min drive. There are restaurants, supermarket and Gelato nearby.

IMPORTANT! When we arrived there was no hot water. I asked the host about it and he promised to supply gas on the next day. Since then nobody came to the place to supply gas. We were using a kettle for 5 days to boil water and execute basic hygiene. It's hot summer outside and we have two kids. What is even more awkward was that I was sending normal messages to the host but he was just seeing them without replying!!! Obviously ghosting me. At some point we thought this place is owned or managed by a psycho. Unfortunately, we were unable to find an alternative stay so we had to lock the doors at night. We also sent messages on their second phone - ghosted again. Although the apartment was relatively good, we had awful experience with the host.
