About this house rental
Quiet, idyllic and with a unique view of the playful coasts of the southern Argolida, the small islands of Psili and Koronida and the sea is the comfortably furnished Villa Myrto with its own pool. Salanti Bay is located in this beautiful corner of south-western Argolida, close to the pretty harbour town of Porto Cheli and the charming village of Kranidi. Above this beautiful bay on a gentle slope is the neighbourhood of Aghios Ioannis. What awaits the visitor here is a clear sea, several small bathing bays, unforgettable sunset experiences, a well-kept rural idyll, several summer houses, olive groves, Mediterranean surroundings and a charming, hilly landscape.
The tasteful Villa Myrto with pool extends over 2 floors and offers its guests plenty of space and the appropriate comfort for a relaxing holiday.
Completely enclosed, well-kept and partly terraced garden plot on a slight slope above the sea, particularly suitable for families with small children. On the ground floor is the spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open-plan kitchen corner. Adjacent to the living room are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest WC. One of the bedrooms has direct access to its own terrace with marvellous pool and sea views. Direct access from the living area to a terrace on two sides, partly covered and facing the sea, with fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. To the side of the house is the terraced BBQ area and one level lower is the garden plot and the pool. On this level, directly in front of the pool, the 4th bedroom of the villa with its own outside entrance is located on the lower ground floor due to the slope of the plot. A sitting area with adjoining kitchenette and a private bathroom complete the picture of the separate bedroom.
The approx. 40 square metre freshwater pool (8.5 x 4.5 m, depth 1.10-2.10 m, not heated, in operation from 1 May to 30 November) provides refreshment and bathing fun for guests.
The beautiful Villa Myrto is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday with family or friends as well as for visiting the ancient sites of the Peloponnese and exploring the Argosaronic islands of Spetses and Hydra. The famous theatre of Epidavros, Schliemann's excavations in Mycenae and the remains of the palace of Tyrins are nearby excursion destinations.

The house was great. Even perfect. All bed are very qualitative, Even the one in the basement studio.
The pool was great. We did not go to the nearby beach. We regreated a bit the location. Last year we were much Closer to Porto Heli (5min drive).
From Myrto house you nées to drive at least 30-35 min to go somewhere. For this reason we won’t come back

This is an excellent villa. It is not very easy to find but it is in a delightful location with wonderful views.
Pool very good for children, beautiful garden, well equipped villa. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and we thoroughly recommend this villa.

Ein wundervoller Ort zum Erholen. Das Haus ist alles gleichzeitig: modern und gemütlich, groß und voller kleiner Rückzugsorte, offen zum Meer hin (der Blick) und abgeschlossen im Grundstück. Auch die praktischen Seiten sind überzeugend: der schöne Grill, der sehr saubere Pool, die Küchenausstattung und die Sitz- und Schlafmöbel.Der Gang zum Meer ist kurz und vergnüglich, lauterkleine (Kies-)Buchten nebeneinander, alle menschenleer und sehr zum Baden einladend.Wir haben 10 Tage ohne Einschränkung genossen und danken Frau Mizi nochmal für den liebenswürdigen Empfang, den leckeren Kuchen, das Bier, das (von ihr!) selbstgemachte Olivenöl und den gut gefüllten Obstkorb.
