About this villa rental
The word in the Greek means Exostis loft, balcony. The distinguished already from the location of the place, which is like a balcony over the fertile Argolic valley near Nafplion. Until the beautiful sandy beach of Tolon and the charming town of Nafplion is just a few kilometers. Up to the ancient sites of Mycenae and Tyrins a short hop. The ancient theater and the sanctuary of Epidaurus are not far away. Worth a visit is the area just because of the summer Festival of Epidaurus. Many classical dramas and comedies are even today still performed in Epidaurus and drag preferably in the summer months, visitors and spectators from all over Germany and abroad. In Exostis, hillside situation we rent a holiday home with pool Orestes.
A generous Mediterranean garden with lawn, palm trees and citrus trees surrounding the house. Laterally of the main house there is an annex with 2 other apartments that are not rented this year. Comfortable holiday home, built in 1974, renovated in 2012, approximately 220sqm of living space, 4 bedrooms, on a garden plot with fruit trees and many Mediterranean plants. Heightened ground floor: living / dining room, adjacent second sliding living room with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV. Adjacent to the dining room large, open-plan kitchen with electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, washing machine. Direct access to the terrace and the garden of the house. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 1. Floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Approximately 1000 sqm large enclosed garden and lawn, gas grill. Several covered, wrap-around terraces. Approximately 50 sqm (dimensions 5 x 10 m, depth 0.60 to 2.80 m) large swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower. Parking at the house. Internet (Wi-Fi). In. 1 OG cultivation is another bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning, great views of the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside. WC with wash basin. The room can be reached through the hall with separate entrance and a connecting door to the kitchen to the hallway of the main house. The separate bedroom in the annex of the house is on an occupancy of 7 persons.
Bed linen and towels are delivered twice per week.

The house was very spacious.. plenty of room for our party of 9. Many beaches within a 15 minute drive give or take. For a large party, this house provides awese value.

The owners responded very quickly to any questions or messages and Giannis the property contact super helpful. A slightly dated villa but you can see where the modernisation is going and it's going to be gorgeous when completed. Have already recommended to friends. A tip, if you hire a car go small, surrounding streets are tight.

We stayed for a week in this villa with our adult family. We loved the location near Nafplion and being near the coast and an easy drive from Athens on excellent roads. The swimming pool was very much appreciated and the garden with shade. We enjoyed all our meals in the garden. The beds are comfortable although the curtains are basic to darken the bedrooms.The villa is large with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and space. It is made up of an original house of 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and downstairs shower room. This part of the house is older and the decor is tired but mostly met our needs. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but we had to request a sharp knife with was provided when we asked. However there was much confusion about getting hot water and for several days we did not have hot showers or hot water in the kitchen in this part of the house. The kitchen tap is plumbed in back to front so if you are drinking cold tap water you must have it on the hot water setting. The house is managed by the family who live overseas so there is no-one directly to help. A plumber was called to sort out the hot water but we were expected to wait in for him. When you are on holiday you do not expect to wait in for workmen to fix the problems that should already be sorted. Fixtures were old and tired.This older part of the house is connected to an extension with 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is in the process of completion.
