About this house rental
We have a beautiful 4 bedroom home professionally decorated that includes an attached two car garage in the highly desirable Gulch South neighborhood in Nashville. Our location is ideal and is in one of the most desirable parts of Nashville. Restaurants, breweries and night life are walking distance and just a few blocks away. Every bedroom in this home has access to an en suite bathroom. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the main living room and media room have pullout sofas for a total of 6 beds. The media room on the 3rd floor has 1 large roof top deck and two smaller decks. There is a 75 inch TV in the main living room and a 65 inch TV in the media room. There are beautiful downtown city views of Nashville from both front and back decks.
We are about as close as you can get to Downtown Nashville and the Gulch and be in a 4 bedroom home. You can easily walk the 3 or 4 blocks to the Gulch. We are less than a mile from Broadway in downtown Nashville (very short Uber or Lyft ride). We are a great location if you are coming in town to do anything from visiting the most trendy restaurants to watching a Nashville Predators Hockey game or Tennessee Titans Football game. Our home is professionally decorated with extremely comfortable beds and furniture. In addition to the two car attached garage, we have additional dedicated parking for two more cars in the driveway as well as street parking out front.

This property is in a great location. The beds are comfortable. The upstairs family room and deck are really lovely. We were in town for a graduation and the property suited us very well.

Beautiful property. Very spacious and welcoming with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was great and had lots of coffee, spices, some leftover liquor, and a large number of plates and glassware. The location is walkable to Broadway and several restaurants. Highly recommend! Jennie was great to work with as well (property mgr).

Beautiful home and great location! Everything was clean, comfortable beds. They were easy to get a hold of and answered right away. We had a later flight and they let us have a later checkout. We would stay here again, highly recommend!
