To the outside is off road parking for two cars, and an enclosed terrace garden to the rear with patio, lawned area, furniture, and barbecue, as well as a shed for storage. Resting in a pleasant location with a charming interior, Medland is a wonderful cottage in a pleasant part of England.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Lockable storage in shed. Enclosed terrace garden to the rear with patio, lawned area, furniture, and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Please note all bookings taken after 29/10/2019 will be liable to pay a good house keeping bond for £200 on this property.
