Well equipped and well thought out use of a small space.Comfortable and ideal for a 2 night stopover whilst attending my nephew's wedding celebrations.Easy short walk to shops/pubs/cafes etc

Nothing to dislike

A real gem of a find! I had a few days in Dartmoor for work and this was the perfect base. A lovely little private extension to the host's home. Super comfortable, cosy and modern. Shower was great - bed was warm and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for making dinner / breakfast to save spending on eat out food. Hosts we're great too - super easy check in with a little added bonus of fresh milk and brownies on my arrival in the property. Would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

The hosts were really accommodating with my scent sensitivity and made sure all products were removed that would be detrimental to my health for example plugins, oil wooden scent sticks and airfreshners. The property was aired enough for me to be able to enter with no reactions. The hosts could not do enough for us and made sure if we needed anything then to contact them. They lived directly about us but never bothered us. Upon our arrival there was milk in the fridge and the most amazing tasty homemade chocolate brownies and a bag of dog biscuits for our little dog. The accommodation was beautifully decorated with everything you needed to stay for a self catering holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with an easy to use induction hob with oven and we particularly loved the size of the fridge with the small freezer compartment to keep our ice packs cool. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating meals at the dining table provided. the big t.v was great as some places only have a small one, the sofa had reclining seats to sit back and enjoy watching Christmas films (in September I Know 😁😂) in the evening after having a lovely day out. The bed oh the bed......it was so comfortable and we had a great nights sleep every night. Best bed ever slept in besides our own 😀. The bathroom had two amazing shower heads, one huge fixed overhead one and a hand held one. Both were fantastic and you didn't want to get out of the shower. We were fortunate to have the use of a huge back garden were our dog loved having a good wonder around. We had breakfast outside one morning in the large patio area with comfy outside furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect to visit many places of interest. Thanks guys for a great stay at your place, we loved it there.

Nothing..........it was perfect, couldn't fault a thing.

Everything was clean and attention to detail was spot on. A lot of thought had been put into what we’d need to make it our little home for our stay. Rosie and Mark are very accommodating and helpful. They love dogs too and provided a towel and doggy biscuits for our chihuahua! The location is great for local shops, pubs and cafes by foot into the village, and local attractions by car.
