About this house rental
our house total have 4 bedrooms with 4 bathroom for rent, each bedroom is with one queen size bed , and eah one bedroom have one private bathroom . as this is an old house, we not have central AC, instead, we use movable AC in each room. in our house, there are separate by two parts, with separate entrance, the main part is for the guest , the another part is for the owner living, the guest have their own kitchen and living room with highly privacy. all the bedings including the duvet cover are all washed and dried in the laundry room after guests check out to prepare for the next guests.
*** the very important thing is that: no party no events inside or outside house, and do not make noise after 11pm, as we are in a very quiet neighborhoods, an it will cause truble to us.
Greatest location, 6 min walk to bus and train station, 30 minutes walking to the falls, 10 minutes walk to white water walking. two blocks away is the old town of Niagara Falls, there have several coffee shop and restaurant on the queen street, and some other shops, you can explore it!
This is a 150 years historical house, larger garden, clean bed. It is an ideal place for relaxing. If you take air flight, you can take a taxi to my place, it is about 1 hour from Toronto international airport, and 45 minutes from Niagara international airport.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and enjoy while we were visiting Nigeria Falls. The owners were great and answered our need speedy. A view small issue. Small hole in floor in dining area, the room by the front door need and additional table in the restroom or larger counter space. Thanks it, great house. Thank you! I have a pair of your plyers i borrowed and forgot to take the out of the RV.

Apart from the kitchen, the rest of the house is significantly older than what we had anticipated based on the listing. While the host was quite pleasant and made an effort to be accommodating, we were somewhat disappointed by the overall condition of the house. The living room space was quite limited, making it challenging for us to gather and enjoy each other's company comfortably. Although we appreciated the host's hospitality, the house itself was considerably aged and not as clean as we had hoped.
In addition to the house's age and limited living room space, we encountered some cleanliness and maintenance issues during our stay. There were noticeable stains on the blanket cover and sheet, the shower was clogged, and we found some dead bugs. However, it's worth mentioning that the host was understanding and promptly refunded 50% of the cleaning fee charged, which we appreciated.
