We loved this location in Niagara. It's close to a small downtown area that is less touristy and was lots of fun to walk around. We were still close to the falls and all the tours, but it felt much more relaxed to be a short distance away. The house itself was so fun to explore when we first arrived. It was great to have enough beds and bathrooms for a mixed family group, and we really enjoyed ourselves!

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms plus a great dining room table for games. The location worked wonderfully for sightseeing. We would definitely stay again.

Not sure how this property got 9-10/10 reviews! The admittedly historic house is rundown, out-of-date & dirty. Kitchen had food residue on cabinets & counters and none of the tables were clean. Beds were aged, creaky, unlevel & uncomfortable. Bathrooms were haphazard & mold was clearly evident in the master bathroom sink. Lighting was poor and several cobwebbed fixtures had lightbulbs that were dead. Several windows were painted shut, others were unweighted & slammed down dangerously. No screens, so we had to kill mosquitoes before retiring; but several large fly swatters were available, which was odd at best. More concerning was the behavior of the host. He lives next door and was observed by our 20yo daughter staring into her bedroom window while she was getting dressed. He was also found standing in the driveway at 10:30pm when our son arrived. He was motionless and said nothing. The next morning he was seen peeping into the living room window from the porch, and when we caught him, he ran away. It gets worse: on the 2nd morning of our stay, we noticed that other people were clearly occupying an area of this home (that we rented!) behind a door labeled "private". There was also another car in the driveway. Apparently there was a 2nd living space, which had a door that accessed the rest of OUR house! Worst of all: several of our bedroom doors, that were closed when left, were open when we came back Fri evening. This is not a safe or as-advertised property.

This historic house is just beautiful. So many details around the house that show respect for it's history. It's walking distance from the falls (about a mile), and less than half a mile from the original town of Niagara Falls. Parking close to the falls is pricy, so it's really nice to be able to walk. There is also free Wifi that worked well for all 5 of us. Jade did everything she could to help us have a great stay. We got in later than we expected, and she made it very easy for us to get our key, and get settled. She was prompt with responses to any questions I had, and followed up to make sure everything went well. She was kind, helpful, knowledgable, and available.I'd definitely recommend her as a host, and this property if you're heading out that way.

Really a fun experience. We have never tried a house like this before. Everything is really well excuted as Victorian era. The house representative is really helpful and responsive. Perfectly safe and nice neighborhood. We walked to the falls or took an über. It is much cheaper than parking :-)

Communication was smooth. The house was beautiful with so much space. We loved the big table in the dining room. We played games and ate there. The 7 of us fit around the table with no problem. The Victorian style was a big hit with everyone. It’s decorated just right and not filled with knickknacks. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It’s close enough to walk for dinner and drinks. We ordered pizza and it was a 5 minute walk. We took advantage of the Wego bus as the stop was so close to the house. We did an adventure pack that we purchased and it included unlimited bus passes for 2 days. Would stay at this house again for sure!!
